Intellect and Mind Programme This programme aims to increase school students' motivation through motivational seminars and to encourage parents' involvement in their children's education. This programme is also expected to improve student performance, especially that of fifth—and sixth-year students at the primary school level and fourth—and fifth-year students at the secondary school level. Sociocultural Programme The organised programmes aim to form positive individuals with high ethics, morals and self-esteem. In a wider context, this can help the country achieve the status of a developed country, not only in terms of physical and economic development but also from spiritual and psychological aspects. The programmes implemented include mutual aid (such as building houses, bridges, gravity pipes, and wells), sports carnivals, the breaking of the fast ceremony, funeral management courses, blood donation campaigns, solidarity seminars, and religious activities. Socioeconomics Programme The programmes aim to develop talent and skills among the Sabah community, contributing to the state's overall development and socioeconomic progress. They cover a wide range of human capital development areas, including skills training, entrepreneurship courses, and women's and youth development. The programmes implemented include handicraft-making courses, youth and women entrepreneurs' development, small-scale agriculture, fisheries, aquaculture, and livestock projects, homestay, baking courses, and online marketing and packaging courses. Yayasan Sabah Special Assistance Scheme (SBK) The programmes aim to develop talent and skills among the Sabah community, contributing to the state's overall development and socioeconomic progress. Yayasan Sabah Secondary Assistance (BMYS) BMYS is awarded to students in forms one to six above, especially those with low incomes. Through this financial assistance, the Yayasan Sabah Group hopes to reduce the financial burden on the student's parents and further improve the student's academic performance. Yayasan Sabah District Hostel The Yayasan Sabah District Hostel provides accommodation for rural students who cannot afford it and improves the quality of learning facilities in Sabah. This dormitory can reduce the burden on less able families. Currently, two hostels are available: the Sipitang and the Keningau district hostels. Breaking of Fast Programme Breaking of fast programme with the community is part of an annual programme held in selected districts throughout Sabah to strengthen the relationship between Yayasan Sabah Group Management, leaders and the local community. Community Crafts Programme It is implemented through six Yayasan Sabah Group Zone offices based on the targeted local community's skills. The programme emphasises strengthening, developing, and improving the target group's handicraft making skills. In addition, PKK in-situ continues its implementation by using local infrastructure to maximise the involvement of many trainees from all over Sabah. Community Infrastructure Assistance Programme Community programmes implemented include the construction/repair of homes, bridges/piers, and gravity pipes/wells to enhance the quality of life for those in need, particularly in rural communities. Disaster Relief Aid This natural disaster relief programme aims to ease the burden faced by victims of natural disasters.
