With significant experience promoting the well-being of Malaysians living in Sabah, we at Yayasan Sabah Group hope to leverage and share our experiences with every visitor to this website as we continue to achieve our mission relentlessly.

This website also serves as a quick start to our social and commercial undertakings.

Yayasan Sabah, today operationally referred to as Yayasan Sabah Group is a Sabah State Government Statutory Body established to provide educational opportunities and facilities to Malaysians in Sabah. The organisation also distributes economic resources among the people and assists welfare institutions and victims of natural disasters.

Founded by Sabah's Father of Independence, the late Tun Datu Haji Mustapha bin Datu Harun, Yayasan Sabah Group has initiated measures to improve the socio-economic well-being of the people while thriving the economic sector without compromising its commitment to environmental preservation.

Through our investment arm, Innoprise Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (ICSB), we have ventured into diverse industries, from tourism and hospitality to agro plantation, oil, gas, and energy, as well as manufacturing. Over five decades, we have contributed immensely and meaningfully to human capital development and Sabah's commercial and industrial development.

Guided by the belief that every individual has equal value, we work to assist people in leading productive lives.
