This portal is meant for the use of loanees whom had completed their studies and are currently in the process of repaying their study loans.

This portal serves as a convenient platform for loanees to facilitate repayment related application and acquisition of information pertaining to their study loans.

ELCD Objective

Yayasan Sabah Group education loan collection activities are carried out by Education Loan Collection Division (ELCD).

The objectives of ELCD are as follows:

  • To increase annual loan collection.
  • To enhance the monitoring of monthly repayment loan performance.
  • To ensure efficiency in the education loan collection system including record management, documentation and loanees’ database.
  • To contribute towards sustainable education loan revolving fund.

Default In Repayment

First

Loanees and guarantors will be listed in CTOS.

Second

Loanees and guarantors will be subject to legal action.

Third

Collateral will be forfeited.

Fourth

Blacklisting for future Education Loan applications will extend to loanees, guarantors and their immediate family members.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Yes, loanee's may opt to make repayment up to three(3) installments.

  • Loanees will be offered 20% Lump Sum Rebate if he/she opt for lump sum payment.
    (Example : Outstanding amount as at January 2024 - Repayment as at Year 2024 = Outstanding Amount X 20%)

  • In order for loanees to be entitled for the 25% Incentive Rebate, repayment must be made within 25% of his/her repayment period.
    (Example : 100 months x 25% = 25 months).
    Loanees need to make repayments within 25 months.

  • Beneficiary can be offered 25% Incentive Rebate if the loan repayment period does not exceed 25% of the repayment period.

  • Loanees will be offered 25% Incentive Rebate if he/she make payment within 25% of his/her repayment period.
    If the repayment period had exceed 25%, the loanees will be offered 20% Lump Sum Rebate.

  • Loanees are eligible for a 25% Incentive Rebate if the repayment period does not exceed 25%
    (Example : 100 months x 25% = 25 months).

  • Yes, loanees is still be eligible for 25% Incentive Rebate if his/her repayment period does not exceed 25%.

  • Yes, loanees can opt to utilize his/her EPF Account-2.
